i'm afraid my naval ring will tear right out my skin what should i do?

You may have put a larger ring gauge in it and stretched it out.

take it out i am sorry to tell you that but it will tear. some people have skin that just can't support things hanging off it i am one of them, my first piercings in my ears tore i could not wear earrings in the first holes anymore i have to take the second and third one off at night or they will tear too. take my advise take the ring out or you will have a very nasty tear~

It's because has you move and sit down your piercing hole will get bigger...You need to put something bigger in it like a 12 would be real good...Good luck with that and don't worrie...

Take it out for a while and let it close up a little.
