for a really defined 6 pack--4 years. or longer. besides a 14yo should not be working towards that. that hard of a workout may cause damage to his muscle and skeleton or cause injury because he is still growing. get in good shape but wait until you can drink a six pack to get a six pack.

If you're already skinny but have a chubby stomach, than it'll be easy. You would just have to work out everyday, but since you're still a kid, I sugest you only do push ups and MOSTLY SIT UPS everyday, this helps a LOT. When doing sit ups, you lose weight. It won't make you buff, but it will get you a six pack. And to answer your question, it'll take you a couple of months, just be patient. But don't stop and say you're going to return to it, because that never works, trust me.
