I would pick Rudy. Despite some things I dont like about him he did a good job in NY.
Mitt I just dont trust enough.
McCain is jaded.
John_ its funny how you say he ( McCain ) is too party loyal when mccain co-sponsored campain finance reform with feingold when it was not a Repub issue (and not an issue citizens were worried about either ). I think the opposite. he is too self loyal.
And of course we have our Hillary voter. Hillary isnt out of the specified 3 people answerman. is it possibly for you to stick to the question?

IF I vote Republican again, and I find no other viable Democratic candidate, I'd have to vote for His Honor Mr. Rudy Giulliani. I don't really kow enough about Mitt Romney to give an intellegent answer, and John McCain is a little too far right (and scary) even for my conservative tastes.
The Republicans and the Democrats both are going to have to be a little more moderate and a lot less polarzing to keep me from voting for the Independent candidate. Knowing nothing about the Independant candidate, he/she would still have a better chance of getting my vote than a Republican who doesn't shape up or a Democrat who drops the ball.
I, and and I am sure a lot of you, have had enough!

Well, I assume that you are saying that the person we choose here is to be President. If so, I would go with McCain, because I think he is open minded and intelligent. He also has all sorts of experience. Also, I think he is willing to do what needs to be done and he will not act purely on politics.
Now, if you meant which candidate would I choose to lead the republicans and face the Dems leader in 2008, then I would also pick McCain. Because I see him as possibly the most 'electable' republican in '08. Giulliani is not bad either, but I think McCain would have the best chance against whoever the Dems choose.

Romney or Giulliani. I liked McCain until he put party loyalty over personal integrity. Romney and Giulliani are not afraid to break with party leadership and have done it often. Between the 2, I'd say Rudy has a better chance of winning, and that wouldn't be TOO horrible.

John McCain, We are in the middle of a war and he has military experience. This is not my usual criteria, but these non-military type who screwed up the war in Iraq make me lean towards someone who has been there to get us out.

It's a tough choice between McCain and Giuliani, but I lean toward McCain because of his national, international, and military experience, and his pragmatic approach. (Of course they're all pretty pragmatic.)
I like Romney, especially for his business experience and management successes in and out of government. But he is too conservative on social issues, especially regarding religion and abortion.
