but one sure way is to take a nap. When you sleep, your vocal chords relax, and when you first wake up, your voice is relaxed and deep and resonant. In the Mozart Opera The Magic Flute, the high priest comes on in the first act and then does nothing until the 5th act, when he has his great aria.

Traditionally, the bass goes and sleeps and they wake him for the act call. That way his voice is deep and resonant for the aria.

I don't know if that will work for you, but in the absence of any other information about your circumstances, that's about the best I can do. Sorry
