In an exibition match. Kind of like the one in the Rocky Balboa movie? I think Mac under the right conditions could give him some competion on grass.

No, I wouldn't. I'd rather watch it on TV. The first thing is, it's gonna be hell expensive. And second, wouldn't it be boring? You already know who's gonna win...Federer undoubtedly!!! They have a different level of tennis. McEnroe is already old, he would never be able to cope up with Federer's level of tennis. If I watched it, all I'd be doing is thinking of how sorry I feel for McEnroe. He's going to get a hard slap in the face. But if McEnroe was Federer's age...I'd definitely pay to see that :))

Oh yeah i'd pay to see it, but roger dominates. Or is this like the computer generated matchup in rocky, with roger-now vs johnny mac-then? Doesn't matter either way Roger wins, especially on grass.

I'd rather pay to see McEnroe in his prime play Sampras in his prime, on grass of course. I really have no desire to see Federer play.

You kidding, right???

Roger would beat John with one hand tied behind his back...even on grass!!

Sorry, John was the greatest in his day, but those days were decades ago.

If McEnroe were in his prime that would be a great match.

yes. On grass, with wooden racquets. Actually it would be amazing to see two serve-and-volleyers playing, even if one is almost 50 yrs old.
