Four cylinders only. Civics never had 6s from the factory, although Accords come with a V-6 as an option. The only thing that varied on the civic was displacement, valve train configuration, and fuel, intake and exhaust layout. Each of those things affected horsepower, so you can get a variety of engine outputs, but they are all 4 cylinders.

THERE IS NO 6 CYLINDER CIVIC.

The Honda Civic has 4 cylinders, period. Doesn't matter which one or which year it is and Honda doesn't make a 6 cylinder that fits in the Civic either.
