Yes. The success rate of condoms can be as low as 75% even if used properly. They can break, slip off, or any number of other things can happen that may introduce semen into the vagina. The only thins that is 100% effective is not having sex. Not even birth control pills!

Absolutely, a condom is not invincible. I suggest going online or go to someone and ask all the questions you have before you have sex. Because no matter what you use there is always a chance of getting pregnant. So before you do it, ask yourself are you ready to be a parent?

If the condom is used properly and there has been no contact between seminal fluid and the vaginal area, you are 99% safe. However accidents do happen so it's recommended to use another type of contraception along with the condom, such as a spermicide gel or foam which is put into the vagina before intercourse.

You can get pregnant if the condom ruptures or slides off. Use a spermicidal lubricant with the condom just in case.

Of course.

There is no contraceptive method that used alone or in combination with another method is 100% effective in preventing pregnancy. That doesn't mean that you stop using birht control. In particular, that doesn't mean that you stop using condoms. That can be the difference not between conception and not conceiving but between life and death.
