Does the pain really subside with time? How long does it take? Does the empty feeling ever really stop?

yes, the pain goes away with time, but there is no set time...it'll take as long as it takes, sorry I know thats vague and not useful... it gets better, you heal. I promise.

It either takes a lot of time (maybe a year or so) or a new boyfriend or girlfriend. As soon as you have someone else the emptiness is erased!

Eventualy it will stop, only the love from family and friends and time can heal the pain.

Sleep around. Get blowed regularly. Do nasty things to the opposing sex. Revenge and sinful activities are the first steps to healing.
