Does anyone know how or a way to not open your heart?
Say there´s a girl...a girl, who when she falls for someone..she falls pretty hard..but she always, absolutely without fail ends up with a broken heart...and if you asked her, she honestly doesnt know why she keeps goin back into the same circle...but she wishes like anything that she wouldnt...so what advice could you give her for her to be able to stop having heartbreaks? The best solution she can think of is to stop opening her heart, but she doesnt know how to do that...do you have any ideas?

you explain that well and i have been there and done that.
i dont think it ever goes away. you just have to completely distance yourself from that circle. make yourself remember how much it hurt.
one day you will find someone that will love you back just as much. i promise..
good luck

Things like this can be hard mentally and emotionally. But stop opening her heart to shouldn't be the solution. You have to get to the person first before thinking he is the one for u. I no how u feel. Sometimes it happens to me. they looks nice and it feels like he is the person. but then all of a sudden he gets a girlfriend, he does something stupid or u just lose interest. For me,...I no it sounds negative, i kind of think of what might happen if we were in a relationship....if it could really work. I makes me lose a little interest and hearbreak. So i don't feel as bad. But I just let him find me instead of me looking for him. So i hope i helped just a little....good luck

You can't just stop..just stop looking for now.. try to take care of yourself and do things you have a passion to do and have fun..when you stop looking love will find you .and it will be real.. i can assure it happens all the time.. happened to me and others that i know.. Just take life easy .. date around a little dont get serious and enjoy the time you have with others and never think of them as anything else.. Sometimes even when you date.. a natural force pulls you together
if you are meant to be but if you force a relationship its always going to fail let it be natural and stop looking.. when you do.. it will happen

She should not close her heart to have an open heart is a wonder full thing .She should not stop opening her heart but change who she opens it to. This can be hard 4 her but if she tries to find other people who open there hearts to they wont break hers.(if she finds it hard to find people with open hearts tell her to search new clicks shes bound to find just as many that shop at hot topic as the ones who shop at holster.)

i hope she finds a good group of friends that wont break her heart

Her problem is not her heart, but her choices.

Go more slowly into relationships. When on dates see if his eyes are only for you. Does he really listen when you talk. Is he romancing you respectfully. Do you have the same interest.

I ask these questions because they are head questions. When your head is satisfied, release your heart.

please don't harden your heart, he's out there somewhere.

it's called hormones. I do the EXACT same thing. I like this white boy, then i stopped liking him and liked another guy, then I ENDED UP LIKING BOTH OF THEM! Don't worry about it, one day the effect of hormones will go away.

Sometimes we pick people that we think we can help or "fix" their problems. Those are the ones to avoid.
