It cannot be done with a single division -- it has to be approximated as a sum of a series which, if fully expanded, would have an infinite number of terms. Various trigonometric identities are used to do the computation; it has now been done to billions of digits. I memorized the first 36 when I was a kid, and then quit, as that would be precise enough to compute the circumference of the universe to within a small fraction of an inch.

pi is not just a number used for circumference of a circle. It pops up in the strangest places. It is irrational, means not a ratio, not a fraction, at least where the numerator and denominator are finite numbers (numbers that ever end). It is non repeating and continues on forever. Few numbers if any are as important as pi is to mathematics.
Good question, thumbs up from me. Unlike most questions here my guess is that you want to learn not to get your homework done by someone else, not satisfied with my answer, and likely in high school (possibly middle school). You have the foresight to ask questions no one has found "the" answer to, yet everyone can answer. Even if the answer is apple pie.

Theres quite alot!!
Here are a few:
pi/2 = 2/1 x 2/3 x 4/3 x 4/5 x 6/5 x 6/7 x 8/7 x 8/9 ...
pi /4 = 1 - 1/3 + 1/5 - 1/7 + ....
pi/4 = 4 arctan(1/5) - arctan(1/239)
They all equal to : 3.14159265358979323846 ...

pi is an irrational number and cannot be expressed as the quotient of two numbers such as a/b.
Pi can be computed to any desired degree of accuracy by using infinite series. The simplest infinite series for pi is:
pi/4 = 1/1 -1/3 + 1/5 - 1/7 +1/9 ......go as far as you like.

This is not a rational number. So you cannot devide a number by another to get pi. 22/7, 355/113 are good approximations,
Pi is calculated as series expansion as mentioned below.

There are several formulas to calculate pi. One formula used for quite some time was the Machin Formula.
PI / 4 = 4arctan(1/5) - arctan(1/239)
A more recently discovered formula is the BBP formula.
You can read about many formulas here.

what you arfe suggesting that pi is some integer divided by another integer is wrong.
pi can not be written as a division of two integers
pi can be calculated by an infinite summation of quotient of integers.
Ramanujan had very fast converging series that calculated pi
