(1) Aleister Crowley, the "Wickedest Man in the World" who also called himself "The Beast", owned Boleskine House and its surrounding estate beside Loch Ness from 1899 to 1913. This probably made hime the Laird of somewhere-or-other, but there is no record that he ever used that title.

(2) Dennis Skinner, the British member of Parliament for the constituency of Bolsover, began to be called the "Beast of Bolsover" by the press for his offensive conduct in Parliament. However, he has no connection with Scotland.
