I've finished watching Ouran but I haven't had enough of it yet, so I'd like to watch some other anime that's somewhat similar to it. Here's a list of anime I've watched already:

Neon Genesis Evangelion, all the episodes plus the movies that follow. I outta have a t-shirt and bumper stickers telling everyone to go watch this show. It changed my life. At a really bad time in my life, this show really made me think, and i believe it acted as a catalyst for helping me get back on my feet, and start moving forward in life. If that's not a monumentally great work of art, i don't know what is. The writer of the series put it together as a way of coping with a near-suicidal time in his life, and i you can really tell that the series has soul to it, so complex on so many levels and easily interpreted in many different ways, whatever your problems are in life, there are things in this series you can relate to, and it really just grips you and smacks you in the face with the blunt truth about life and the universe. It's almost indescribable. You won't enjoy the first few episodes probably, but by the time you are 3/4 of the way through it, you will begin to see what i am talking about, and should be prepared for some eye-opening revelations about your own life, as you experience the movies that finalize the series. They are remaking it into four movies, the first of which has been released in Japan, and its title bears beauty in so few words, that it must be Neon Genesis Evangelion: You Are (Not) Alone.

If you read manga, Hana Kimi has a similar storyline. Girl pretends to be boy in boy's school and a few boys know her secret - kind a thing. It's a ongoing live-action taiwan series right now. It's pretty funny. If you only watch anime than i'd recommend you watch School Rumble. It's a really funny romantic comedy. Sorry, i don't watch much shoujo's.....the only other one that i would recommend is Love Hina.
