Tom Monaghan is the founder of Domino's Pizza. He grew up poor and spent much of his childhood in foster homes and orphanages because his mother could not support him and his brother after their father died. He did join the Marines. The Domino's Headquarters is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. We live less than an hour from there and have visited the Petting Farm on the grounds of the headquarters many times. The heating and cooling company that my son-in-law used to work for did a lot of work in the Monaghan home before he sold the Domino's franchise business and moved to Florida.

I knew the entire history when I worked for them about twenty years ago. Seems to me he was a jarhead. Semper Fi.
