First, it's unclear if you were a pharmacist or a sales representative during this period of time. You will probably want to distinguish one activty from the other.
You will also need to correct the spelling.
In 16 years of activity, having only 3 items/responsibilities as your 'notables' is a little anti-climactic. Try to write down EVERY activity that was business related, created new relationships between your customers and your suppliers, and that made you stand out among the other reps. Have a peer run down the list to see which items make the most impact, and expand on those a bit.

If you got rid of the "made" part of the "Made and sell alternitive medications" and spelled alternative correctly, made up a legit sounding place of employment, and kept your tenses straight (made and sell?) I bet a lot of people wouldn't be able to tell you are a drug dealer.
