I found some funny-as-hell notepads recently that end up making me laugh instead of feeling ticked off...
One is called "$hit List" and the other is "Who's to Blame?"
I found them in a store in Minneapolis, and they are so funny. According to the backs of these things, there's a website that has them, too...... I'm sure I'm going to get some of their other pads, too.
Here's the site:

Honestly I come home and fix myself a cup of hot peppermint tea. Then I do a mud mask and bathe in a bubble bath while reading a book. If I have had a crappy week and can't get out of my funk I will treat myself to a facial and massage. I went to this really nice upscale massage salon a few months back and they sent me a coupon for fifty percent off my next massage! So tomm I am only pay 30 dollars for an hour deep tissue massage! Try to take deep breathes and know that tommorrow is a new day.

I have those kind of days almost everyday. You learn to deal gracefully. Try to not get too depressed. Remember to be patient because things will get better. Make the best of it and keep moving forward. Try not to take it out on everyone else, that's not fair to them. Make sure to apologize if you do. All my situations have made me a very strong woman and now, that seems to be my problem. Just remember that there are alot of other people out there that have it alot worst than you. It can't be all that bad.

I deal by listening to music. It soothes me and I just forget about what I'm crabby about.

Yes, everyday. I listen to some depressing music, and oddly enough, it makes me feel better! Or I watch some weird tv (like Bad Girls Club) and I figure I'm not THAT bad!
Good Luck and Feel Better!!

I have those days often....and that's when I do what I'm doing right now; all the lights are off and I've lit a candle and I'm listening to some of my favorite music, and I'm talking with friends a little bit....for me it really helps to just be still.....

Every second of everyday. I lay in bed and listen to music or take a nape and hope I wake up to find something to smile about. If not then back to bed.

i've had one of those days at least 2 days a week! just try to let it out some other way. i usually write all my problems in a diary. if that doesn't help then just slow down, think of all the people who aren't as fortunate as you, there's a lot of people out there who have lost a loved one and really need help. if u try to think out your anger you can feel more calmed.

Sure did. But over in time as I matured, I have learned not to take it on anybody. I keep silent to myself until I have resolved my anger / frustration.
