Chie to yuuki da!(Wisdom and Bravery!) by Medabot(Medarotto). It's from Japanese comic and was on for a while in Canada. I think you can only hear this one from Japanese version of it...but I just loved the way they talk, way they were animated and the concept of stories. Comic wasn't that great though!
Yasashii Yoake, Kimi ga ita monogatari for Gundum Seed was pretty good too. They are sung by See Saw if you are interested.
Naruto's ending theme called Harmonia(Harumonia) was a very good song as well! I liked it very much. Also, Wind as an ending theme was pretty good if you don't mind listening to thick Engrish accent and lyrics.
Zankoku na tenshi no teeze is for Evangelion(Sinseiki Evangelion) was also a very good song. I've listened to them many times.
