If you can pay about $10 and get it done by a pro, why wax at home? It CAN get expensive, especialy if you ruin yourself and have to go pay someone to fix it. You could hurt yourself if you dont know what you're doing. After doing it at home most people decide its not worth the few dollars they save, and end up in a shop, and all the money they spent on waxing supplies is wasted.
If you do it at home youll need:
Microwave soft wax (dont use hard until youve mastered the technique). About $12.
Muslin Strips. About $7
Popsicle sticks, or tongue depresers, or toothpicks. About $3
Antiseptc for prep. About $5
Baby powder to act as buffer between the wax and skin. About $2
Baby oil or post wax lotion to remove extra wax. About $3(baby oil)-$10(for good wax remover.)
Alcohol, for cleanup where wax spilled. $0.50
Towel you dont mind ruining, scissors, hand held magnifying mirror, tweezers.
Good luck.

The salon is so plenty extra high priced than the shop. however the salon will carry you plenty extra useful consequences. on the salon, something waxed on your face will probable be approximately $5- $10. Legs may well be $15-$20. And hands additionally approximately $15. (no longer according to leg or arm, yet all mutually). Now the shop will value you $15-$30 for a waxing equipment. extra no longer expensive, confident. yet stable success! Waxing your self is stressful and painful! the folk on the salon do it speedy and frequently completely.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
