In truth, we don't know yet. Our idea of the age of the Universe changes all the time as we probe deeper and deeper into space. Just a few years ago, the Universe was thought to be 4.5 billion (4,500,000,000) years old.
Now, that figure has grown to 13.7 billion (13,700,000,000) years old.
Who knows how much larger that figure will grow in the next fifty years?

It's not known according to science, but many religions have their figures in their religious text. I think science would say the big bang happened around 14,000,000,000 years ago, however I'm not sure they would necessarily consider that the beginning of the universe. Since before that is still unclear.

Also, the Theoretical Big Bang would be the beginning of the Universe, assuming it's true. It may be possible that another Universe existed in a different from before that, but not ours.

Nobody can say. If someone says it is 13 or 15 billion years old. Then what actually there before this estimated time. It had to be something to form universe. It can't be automatically or we have to believe god.
