When my puter starts up it goes to a box that says mmtask.exe can't be found and mmvcp70 can't be found.
Also the system 32 window comes up. Is there a way I can fix this it takes a good 5 minutes for this to start windows.

There may be ways around re-installing windows.

search your computer for "cookies" and "Temporary internet files" and clear the contents of the folders. Or right Click your internet explorer icon and select internet properties, and click the box that says to clear cookies and clear your temporary internet files.

There may be programs that start running during your startup causing problems and its fairly easy to fix with msconfig. If you want to be walked through it get on yahoo messenger and drop a line to Installshield_freak. He is my best friend and a savior of computer files.

Try to use the program "Chameleon Startup Manager" for it.

I would search for this item in windows start-up. Remove item and reboot.

You are ridden with spy/Malware. i suggest you get Ad-ware and run it.
