I'm the same way. Maybe if you asked about a few specific instances that you or others thought you were overly sensitive. We could give you specific suggestions on how you could have changed your thought process. Don't feel too bad I struggle with being overly sensitive on a daily basis. Maybe there's a reason we are like this or maybe with time we'll be too busy to care. I do think that sensitivity comes from insecurities. So you might want to take a look at things your insecure about and examine how you can overcome those insecurities. It may be as simple as changing how you think about yourself or others. I do realize that sometimes that's not a simple task especially when your trying to change years of behavior. Best of luck.

Theres a thing called cognitive therapy and I have provided a source for the article that might help. I think you just look at things a little to critically and this causes your sensitivity. Look at things in a different way and when something upsets you just say to yourself, they did not mean it that way, that was a harmless comment. Hope this helps.

the best way to fix that problem is by balancing out the bad things with the things you see around you, for example there are people sleeping on the ground right now and your in a cozy bed, or there are people beginning this year and have nothing to eat, and your sitting at the table, if even alone your eating, and the small things that get to you want be an issue, but for the bigger succesions you might just want to try and focus and work on fixing them, but this is away to feel grateful for the little things that you have and the smaller things that people igg about you want notice those problems anymore

It's hard to say. For me personally, very little gets to me except failure to achieve what I've set out to do, which can become extremely frustrating over a long enough period of time.
What bothers you, and why do you let it bother you? That's the key thing to remember: You can analyze what it is that bothers you and then decide if getting upset is worth it.
