I love Mountain Dew, it's my favorite drink, have at least 1 a day if not more. I'm 33 now and have been drinking it for years and trust me, my penis has not gotten smaller. It's may cause shrinkage if you spill or pour a nice cold Mountain Dew on your penis, but that's normal. lol Drink all you want, your penis want go smaller.

It's an urban legend that an artificial coloring in Mountain Dew shrinks your penis. I think it's Yellow 5 or something. Reguardless, it's just an urban legend, and it's got no scienfic ground--so drink away!
