personally, i look at the moon & think of all kinds of things, & often i think about the ones i love, esp. @ night, when the light isnt there so you have to focus on things to see them, and distractions are all blocked out.

I use to look at the moon and wonder what my husband was doing now, It was times when the army sent him away for months.

Yes, When I was in the Persian Gulf I would look at the moon at night wondering if my family members were looking at it at the same time. Don't know why, but it kept me from getting homesick, because it kinda felt like they were nearby.

It is amazing to think that it's the same moon that they are looking at, no matter where they are. It gives me a sense of peace, somehow.
