It depends-Which would you rather look at all day:
1) Breasts
2) Teeth
3) The 4 walls of your office inside the bowels of a mental health facility.
Personal choice, I suppose. :D
Seriously, the are advantages and disadvantages to each. The first 2 generally allow more freedom as you can work soley for yourself. The last position generally requires working in a hospital type setting. Psychologists usually make their own hours for when they want to see clients, but psychiatrists often can't do that with patients.

Plastic surgeon. It's purely optional usually so the patients tend to be rich. Dentistry and Psychiatry are similar, but to a much lesser degree. Psychiatry gets dinged cuz of the negative association with the field from fellow doctors and the general public. Dentistry gets dinged cuz of the shorter shelf life of a dental career.

Either plastic surgeon or dentist, not psychiatrist.
Plastic surgeon will always have patients no matter what.
Dentist will have patients, but will have a harder time during a recession.
Psychiatrist is an extremely hard job to survive because patients are paying for consult. During the recession, psychiatrist will not have any patient to pay his/her own bills.

i´d be a psychiatrist, i´ve always loved anything related to psychology and the study of human behavior.
I wouldn´t be a dentist or plastic surgeon if my life depended on it. I think they´re gross. :) And most plastic surgeon´s patients need to see a psychiatrist anyway. lol

I can't stand to be spit on so that leaves out dentistry.. I can't stand these "rich people" always wanting to be more beautiful..even though they do surgeries for cleft pallates and things like accidents, etc.. so no plastic surgeon.. Psychiatry..definately.. I suffer depression and would be able to relate to them..

None of those.
If I absolutely had to do one, it would be plastic surgery. But plastic surgery is a very, very competitive specialty to match into and I'm nowhere near interested enough to fight that battle.
