I do not have the details, but the sooner the better. Where does your spouse live? That is a big factor in determining whether or not your marriage can be annuled. Especially if you two do not live together and never had the intention of living together.

Rather you’ve been married a day, a month, a year, etc you can’t get an annulment unless you meet the grounds for it. Short-term marriage is not grounds for annulment. What are your grounds?
