i cant find the refresh button...any help would be appreciated,. :) thanks!

Try to hit the F5 button on your keyboard. When you find the basic MENU, you will probably find most of the things that you need. But you might not like Internet Explorer 7. It is easy to GO BACK to IE6, so when you are ready, join the rest of us that think that IE7 sucks.

Yeah...umm I haven't figured that out either, but just press F5 on your keyboard. It's a shortcut for Refresh. In the meantime, I'll keep looking....

just press F5 it also refreshs the page

Next to the red X there are two green arrows one point up one point down this is it click on it.

It's near the top, just to the right of the address bar. It is denoted by green arrows.
