Well, perhaps you have something that's microscopic and not really fleas (not flees, by the way. flee means to run away from or take off, fleas are the little parasitic bugs). There is something called scabies which are easily transmitted and burrow under your skin causing itching and small bumps.

If they are around your pubic area, then they are crabs, though they can be seen, due to their location and translucent bodies are hard to see. They have a similar treatment as scabies, which is using a medicated shampoo (it's basically an insecticide). I would recommend Kwell, which requires a prescription over some of the over-the-counter shampoos.

no flees are tiny and black. but u may have crabs they sell something for that, ask a pharmacist

Well, I have been struggling with fleas for 6 MONTHS! Try lemon juice, it gets rid of them.
