Jesus hands down...He's healed from just the power of his voice, telling Lazarus to "Get Up" from the tomb and just from him being around like the lady with the blood flow who touched his garment and was healed automatically. ET only has the power of touch, Dr. Quinn uses old-fashioned techniques and aliens, hmmm...

Got to go with the man who healed by someone touching his cloak. No brainer. Also, my answer is influenced by the fact I find no mention of being judged in the final days by Brian Dennehey in the Bible.
