Does anyone have an idea for a hollywood theme skit or roaring 20's skit?

I am in a Mardi Gras krewe and the theme is A Night on the Red Carpet. We are asked to do a 2-3 minute skit in regards to this theme. I was told that the roaring 20's might be a good idea. Could anyone give me ideas for a skit?
