Yes.
Most albinos have parents who would be called "white".
However, albino children can be born to parents of any "race". Albinism is a genetic disorder associated with recessive genes. That is why it is quite rare.

Any two people can have an albino ... albinism is the result of a deficient color pigments in the skin. A true albino has pink eyes with deep red pupils. Black, white, yellow ... doesn't matter.

My cousin Wayne was an Albino. We were mean to him cuz we knew he couldn't go outside without some very thick, dark glasses. Now, I feel bad. They called him COTTON TOP but he learned to play guitar at the Morganton School for the Blind. One of his classmates was Ronnie Milsap. Wayne is still alive, still my cousin. In the mountains, all the WHITE and the BLACK people are related. So the answer is YES THEY CAN!

Yes. The baby would have to get one recessive albino gene from each parent. This means that the parents would have been heterozygotes and carriers of the gene.

My research shows that there has never been 2 white people who have created together an albino child. Only people of high melanin, but if one parent is so called white and the other is so called Black, yes that happens. Or one albino and the other so called white yes that also happens. If im wrong show me a pic of a family of such
