I would like to make a card reader but this card reader has to read/write 50 SD cards at the same time. Does anyone who know about it or any ideas to make this card reader? The purpose of this card reader is for SD card quality checking. As in this moment, I have to insert cards into the card reader one by one as the card reader can read one SD card each time. If I have to check 1000 SD cards, it is quite wasting a lot of times. Please help!

Good question.... I found a site that sell commercial testers as seen below but you asked for a home made solution....

Depending on how old the computer is, you could always try to install multiple internal and external (USB connected) card readers and this way here you could test multiple cards at the same time....

The only downside to the above solution is that you will need USB hubs (for external card readers) and you will run out of drive letters within the OS.... So at best, my guess is that you could have 20 to 23 devices active....

Hope this helps...
