First you must feel the power of G-D in you, and then realize what you wish to accomplish in this world. The reading of any bible does not give you the secrets or the formula it only leads you to the path, that you must first have the feelings. It sounds like you are searching for a path, keep an open mind. It is always good to read any bible but to assume yours is the one is wrong, it is the one G-D that is and no more, and no less. He is called many names but still he is one G-D. He created us all and everything, no matter what scripture you read it is all manmade. The real truth lies within your soul and your own mind. Wonder if there was no bible? What did they do way back when Moses brought the ten commandments? It is all up to us to see through our own eyes and feel the truth from within.

Of course there can only be one answer.
Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of
God moved upon the face of the waters.
3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were
the first day.

Pardon my observation, friend. I feel that many , many of us are confused between Religion and Spirituality and use these interchangeably. This is not correct. God, Son of God, texts relating to these go with the religion. "in the name of God" the religious leaders could propound theories of morality , faith, devotion and things like that.
Spirituality, on the other hand , has nothing to do with any of these . Yes. It leans on the Creator ( also called Ishwara) to understand the larger frame of things in the universe. But spirituality does not lean on the religion.
I feel in your question there is this confusion. Please seperate these two and ask the questions yourself . you will know the answer. You could , possibly , arrive at some clarity.
1. Creator is one , all pervading. You could call it by any name , shape or form
2.Texts like the Vedas, Gita take us through the path of spirituality for healty mind , healthy body and peace and happiness. It is not easy to understand these texts without the help of a master ( teacher). More so when we are already carrying the pre conceived notion about religion and spirituality.

The question would almost imply that the two are separate. There is only one God, whatever you call his name.
The sad thing is that most religions have the same two basic tenets, love God and love your neighbor or fellow man. Humans have spent the past several thousand years killing each other over who delivered the message.
The message is the same Love God, Love man.

Yes, being individuations of the "All That Is" we are the creators of our experiences and we all contribute to the creation of our experiences on both individually and collective levels, through the vibrations we emit with our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, words, and actions.

There are many paths to climb that mountain, finding the path that gets you to the summit may involve a path that many have used or one that just a few (or one) have taken. In the end the choice is yours and yours alone.

How about the Roman, Greek, German, Chinese, Japanese, Native American etc, Gods. Why would our modern God or the golden cow, Allah, be anymore likely than those.
