Hi. I seem to have a problem that's been worrying me for awhile. I gave birth to my daughter 6 mo. ago. When I was 1 mo. 14 days pregnant with her my whole womb area was hard as a rock. I'm assuming because of the amniotic sac? Well I believe I'm pregnant again (for about 2 months) as I have all the symptoms, but my womb area isn't hard. It's all squishy and soft - just normal. I'm not breastfeeding and I thought maybe my hormones went wacky since I haven't had a period since Oct., but my womb area has grown..it's just not hard ...like nothing's there. Can someone tell me what can possibly be going on? Thanks.

Have you taken a test? That would pretty much be the only way to know for sure...every pregnancy is different.

You are going to hear this 10 million times EVERY PREGNANCY IS DIFFERENT , especially with the second, even more so coming soon after the first, your stomach mussels are probably still stretch out. With the second one you will "show" way sooner. With my little girl started to show at almost 6 months and with my second one at 3 months. f you are pregnant don't worry about not being able to feel anything there because do you know how small everything is at two months?. Good luck with everything, and be wise go see your Doctor to check if you are pregnant for sure, because when you stop breastfeeding those pounds sure accumulate fast especially around your waist.

I'm 16 weeks pregnant and my stomach does not feel as hard as I would have expected, but I've had some very mild cramping the last few days that my mother-in-law says is my stomach hardening. I guess all people are different, even from pregnancy to pregnancy. Take a test just to be sure or maybe call a nurse advice line and ask.

NO matter what anyone else says on here, you should at LEAST take a HPT and at most go see your doctor. WHat you are experiencing obviously isn't normal and should be taken more seriously than an online poll. However, my womb did not feel hard when I was in my first two trimesters at all...but still, take the test and see a Doctor...even if you aren't pregnant, something else could be going on.

Take a test and visit a doctor. Not having a period in that long isnt normal.

Every pregnancy is different, the signs and feelings can be different also.
Take a home pregnancy test..... if you can't afford it, you can go to your doctors and get a test done, or go to planned parenthood, they do free test for you.
Good luck

Take a home test to find out. Whatever the result, see your doctor a.s.a.p. You could have ovarian cysts. Just go get checked to be sure.
