Whether you knew it was counterfeit or not, if there is a problem w/ the transaction then you could file a dispute.

This would not negate a merchant's policy of "no cash refunds" or "no returns". If those policies are clearly stated (ie, a sign) then you're pretty much done. Again, this has nothing to do with counterfeit stuff.

You might wish to contact the manufacturer of the goods that are being copied. They might offer a reward, and the merchant would certain face legal action.

If you have the merchandise and try to file a dispute, then you will be stealing. You can only dispute charges that are incorrect or have been charged to you fraudulently.

Yes, they would fight you back.

If you knew it was counterfeit and didn't want it, you shouldn't have purchased it.
