I personally hated mine luckliy I bought form a local Wal-mart and returned it when I figured out it was a piece of crap. I tried to steam wrinkles out of a cotton dress shirt could of done just as good of a job handin git in the bathroom during a hot shower. and it didn't do anything for helping clean the shower, tub or sink. If you must try for your self buy from somewhere that you can easily return too.

Had one it does put out steam, its weak. Doesnt clean soap scum off glass shower doors. Is a terrible cleaner for the floor. The hose even cracked. Piece of junk. Also got the shark carpet sweepers, these work pretty good for quick touch ups but the battery does not last long at all,. Emailed the shark manufacture and they never responded to the email. Poor customer satisfaction

I have the Bissell steam mop and if I hadn't of got it on a great deal I would be more disappointed. It's good for low traffic areas like a bathroom but if you have pets or a family with kids then it's not the best. Thing is, it's just very hot water so while it claims to kill germs hot water alone is not very effective at cleaning grease or dirt. You'll end up with streaks and the floor feels nasty. I use mine for in between moppings especially in the summer months when we are in and out a lot more. But I would never recommend a steam mop to *replace* a mop and bucket with PineSol.

I would not. Only because I have bought several other (3) of the Shark products and none of them have worked. I have come to the conclusion that Shark is just not a good company.

Shark vacuums do have good suction power but it heats up fast and won't work for too long before it needs to cool down.

No. I got one (fortunately at a discounted price). It's a mess, doesn't clean as promised. Waste of money.
