i think it should be banned in businesses but it cant be illegal for you to do it in your home.. thats breaking the freedom that america preaches about... oh yeah, america as a whole is hypocritical when it comes to that point of view, lately it seems like the government is telling you freedom of speach as long as it complies with what they agree with, freedom of religion as long as its christian but i digress, i think smoking should be banned in public places and heres why, I have a 6 month old daughter who i never ever want to be exposed to that crap, why would i want 2nd hand smoke to ruin her poor innocent lungs. She didnt ask to be expossed to that and to be irresponsible and alow her to be around that.... i couldnt live with myself

YES but people would still smoke. It would probably help a lot of people to quit though.
