Sounds stupid and like you are giving in, but try giving to him. The more you give to him the more positive and more he will respond. Give him a little extra attention and just see where it gets you. The flame has flickered because no one has taken any action. Since you noticed it, you should take action and see what happens. Let us know. Good luck!

The spark needs to ignite on both ends He doesnt sound all that interested. Maybe a break would give you both an idea of exactly how much you both really care about each other. However, it could go in the wrong direction. Be prepared to accept whatever outcome occurs.

Do something outside the box together to bring you closer. Like take a tango class, go for a night in a hotel room tha caters to adults for one night, buy some new lingerie and actually wear it for him, fill your bed full of rose petals. Tie him up, put headphones and his favorite music on him and blindfold him and then make love to him, use ice, a popsicle maybe, flavored oil, your hands, a feather, your mouth.......if that doesn't work, find another man.

You need to talk to him. Go out w/o the kids and let him know how you feel. You need to talk to him when your not mad and you both will have each other's full attention (TV off!). You could always try couples counseling.
If there's no spark, running off and getting married isn't going to help. Try and fix things first then get married. Good luck!

Your life will fizzle out if you if you set your mind towards that.
Its up to you isn't it?
The solution is to think of a way out, based on what you consider as important. There are always other routes for you to take. Do not leave everything to "fate".
