I remember bits and pieces of a late 80s, early 90s evening sitcom/show that kind of went along the lines of Beauty and the beast, with a pretty woman as the lead female and a type of beastly man that lived underground. It seemed to be drama, romance type categories. If anyone remembers, that would be great! That's about all I remember.

Beauty and the Beast was the show and it was with Linda Hamilton as the Beauty (she was in Terminator movies) and Ron Perlman as the Beast.
