I gave birth 8 days ago, and it's still really dark!
I'm just curious if it ever lightens up and if so, how long until it will?
Also, will my nipples ever go back to their normal color?
If so, how long?

Everyone is different, my line took about 9 months to go away and my nipples are still a shade darker than before my daughter is almost 3.

The linea negra goes away after a few weeks, but the nipples will never be pink again.

I'm not sure how long, it's different with everyone. My dark line was gone by 2 years after I had my first baby. And my nipples did go back to normal color.

actually, i never had linea negra. so i cannot help you there. however, my nipples did not get that dark when i was pregnant
aand they did go back to being light pink

Congratulations and welcome to the postpartum pregnancy world:) After I gave birth to my first, the line was gone by 6 months. I gave birth to a second child in August and my line is still here. It's a lot lighter, but it's still there.

It`s different for every woman....My line took a couple of months to go away and my nipples got a little lighter after I quit breast feeding.

after a few weeks after your milk dries up they should go almost back to normal
