By maintaining the mindset that whatever happens in the past and today, you can improve upon it and that there are other opportunities and avenues for you to take, if you are not satisfied so far!
At the same time, you may need to re-assess your expectations to be more realistic. Look for more achievable targets in the short term.

the thing that keeps me going is my son, we had a rough couple of years and now finally things are looking our way, so now i am thankful everyday and look forward to waking up and having another great day with my kid

Find something you love to do.everyone has problems from time to time.Start to write your feeling down in it noone has to know at home,just get a pen and paper,call a friend
