It's not recommended, because the hot tub rises your body temperature and it might cause a m/c. But that doesn't mean that something bad will necessary happen. Calm down and don't worry, if you're having a healthy pregnancy, I don't think one hour in the hot tub could do anything. Just think twice next time. Good luck!!!

I'm not sure if you were drunk and that's why you ended up in a hot tub. Maybe go see your doctor and ask for an ultrasound and see if the baby is fine.
I have heard women have miscarriages when going into a hot tub.

Your unborn child does not have any ways of regulating it's own heat, especially before the sixth or seventh month. Depending on what the temperature of the water was will determine if there will be any long term effects of this exposure. Good news is, your body regulates itself pretty well, and should have protected the baby to an extent.

everything should be ok..but to be on the safe side i would just informed your dr and they will take the steps and precautions to make sure everything is ok..but just remember a hot tub is a no no while pregnant only for 30 mins ...

I wouldn't worry about it. One time isn't going to harm your baby. The reason that it is of concern is if you get your core temp to high for long periods and it can effect the developing baby. You are three month already and one time won't matter.
