I am not sure what its called but its shown on TV and newspaper, the designs on crops in US and some other countries. At first, it was thought to be the work of aliens but later they found out that its actually done by some artists. What do you think?

i think there are some talented artist out there alien or not .. their designs are beautiful and awesome.. I would love to have a collection of all of them..

If they have the farmer's permission, I don't see any problem with it. Aesthetically they are pretty cool. But the yobbos who go on private property and destroy part of a crop to make a statement or pull an alien stunt should be made to pay for the damage at least.

There is/was an art movement in the 60's of outside art, I forget what it's called. Christo is a famous proponent of it: he recently did the saffron bridges or curtains in NYC's Central Park. And there's a British guy who creates interesting organic forms in the countryside that have also made people scratch their heads. ;)

Research Hopi Native American Art, you will find some disturbing similarities to the "crop circles"!

I think that if it is people doing that then they should be arrested for vandalisim and destructon of private property.
