Usually that's true, but it's very difficult to predict when the death will happen. Many people do aggressive tactics that work in the short-term, either out of their own skill at using them or luck. In the long-term the deck starts becoming stacked against them; each use of the sword gets riskier. And in my experience people who live by the sword will die by the pen of the people who oppose them - the pen is mightier than the sword.

I really don't think so. I believe that it is written in a book somewhere in the great beyond how we'll die. God gives us free will to live our lives the way we want to (whether good or bad or right or wrong). So I don't necessarily believe that.
