over the the holidays, i had unprotected sex w/ my bf 5 days after my period. we kind of did the pull out method. but maybe twice he busted in me( he claims he kind of busted some semen in me but the rest is on the outside of my vagina)and every time i have sex i use the bathroom. im kind of scared because im kind of irregular and sometimes my period skips month. i have been gaining weight in sept. 2006 because i wanted to have more meat on my bones but now i cant tell if im preg because my stomach already sticks out. ive had cramps only on my left side of my stomach (like having period cramps but on one side). but i havent felt nausiated.
and i havent taken a preg test.
am i pregnant or can you give me advice?
or any good methods if not trying to conceive? ( like pills etc.)

You weren't ovulating you are ovulating 15 days before your period. Plus the cramps on the one side is normal during ovulation because you release a egg from 1 ovary each month still I would take a test. Pre *** will get you prego I know.

Is your period late? If you are concerned take a pregnancy test...the over the counter tests are pretty accurate.
Ovulation is on the 14th day of your cycle...your cycle starts the first day of your period...count 14 days from there, of course women have gotten pregnant at other times during their cycle so it is not unheard of to get pregnant 5 days after the end of your period...
Definitely stop using the "withdrawal" method as it is NOT effective for preventing pregnancy. Even if he ejaculates outside of your vagina some semen can leak out during intercourse and sperm can still travel up the vagina from outside of it... Either speak with your doctor about going on the pill or have your boyfriend wear a condom.

well for starters no contraceptive is 100% effective..even when you use more than one at a time...as for the pull out method even semen on your vagina can still result in pregnancy and pre-*** is more effective in pregnancy than actual ***..( i have a 7 yr old from that method and a 9 yr old from the pill) as for pregnancy..you will have to wait hun i know it sucks in 2 weeks take a preg test if no then wait again 2 weeks..but try using a spermacide if you wont use condoms, theres also care free birth control like the depo (shot every 3 months), the iud ( t shaped thing that is placed inside your uterus and can be good for upto 5-10 yrs and can be removed any time by your doctor) as for advise absinence is the #1 method to not getting pregnant and its 100% effective..

It is possible to get pregnant using the pull out method, even if he didn't think he ejaculated inside. Knowing that he may have ejaculated, even if only a little, increases the chances of you being pregnant. You will not showing your pregnancy until about 16 weeks, so your belly getting bigger wouldn't happen for quite a while anyways. Your best bet would be to wait a couple of weeks and take a test. Oh, and if you aren't TTC, don't have unprotected sex, seriously!

Usually you ovulate approx. 14 days after your period and these are the days you are most likely to get pregnant. if u miss a period use an at home preg. test. Ortho Tricyclen birth control pills, work great for me. I have been on them for 4 years now. Don't use the pull-out method, semen can still enter you before he busts.

Why can't you guys use some protection..........
You shouldn't be having sex if you don't know how your body works. Try using a home pregnancy test or go to a local clinic and get a blood pregnancy test done. They are more accurate.
Washing your vagina after having sex won't help. Because by that time sperms would travel far inside your body and if you are ovulating you might get pregnant.
Use protection when you have sex next time....

OK first of all pulling out is not an effective method of birth control and yes you can get pregnant that way it only takes one sperm to to make to the egg and you can get pregnant !
so i recommend that you go get a pregnancy test from the drug store and see if you are and if it comes back nega

You should really take a test. Or see a doctor. You don't always have morning sickness. I didn't have any with my second baby. (a girl)
