I'd like to get rid of my wardrobe and get a little cash in the process. How do I go about that?

I would probably go with Ebay. A girl at my school went to Playto's closet and for brand-new Hollister jeans she hadn't even worn, they paid her $2. You won't make any money if you go there.

Yeah, I agree that you should go with plato's closet. You take your clothes in there and they buy them from you. Then they give you cash. You can also buy clothes form there, and they are mostly in fashion items. I have never personally sold any clothes or bought anything from there, but I have looked around, and my friend has gotten a few things from there that she seems to enjoy. They also have shoes, and I would assume that they buy and sell accessories too. But I don't think that they will take anything that is in bad condition or that is majorly out of fashion.

Find a consignment shop that accepts used clothing. They in turn will pay you a percentage of what sells. It is a good way to get rid of clothes and make extra cash.

Try the Flea Market I have sold my clothes alot of times at a Flea Market and made like $200 dollars one time Ebay is good to but that can be expensive, consignment shops are good too but they get part of your money just like Ebay good luck.

garage sales are one way........however u don't usually get a lot for clothes...but if u have other items u can make really good money. Also there are shops that will sale ur used clothes and take a certain portion of what u make. One really sure way is to call ur friends who know how much u spend on ur clothes. Home many times has someone said I love that shirt? So call them and tell ur friends a nite to come over........u'll be surprised how much your friends lust after your stuff !!!!!!!!!!! just hide ur husband or boy friend........u never know

eBay unless you live in a city where there are vintage or second hand stores. in San Francisco there are several like Buffalo Exchange which pay you cash for your used clothes.

go to platos closet they let u exchange ur clothes for cash and u can also buy clothes from there
