Its ok to drink while trying to conceive. Tea in general is good bc its high in antioxidants and flushes the body of toxins. but drinking caffeine (found in some teas and coffees) while pregnant has been known to cause a.d.d. to develop later on in the childs life.

Raspberry tea- the real stuff from a tea bag- not the fake presweetened stuff is supposed to help with morning sickness. It is very important while pregnant to drink just plain water- no sugar, fruit juice (eat whole fruit instead), no caffeine and definitely no artificial diet sugar.

The first month I drank it I conceived. That pregnancy ended in a MC 10 weeks later. I am trying again. Last month I did not drink it and did not conceive. This month I did drink it and I'll know in a few days if I conceived.

I drank it towards the end of one of my pregnancies. I suggest you do some hard research as recomendations change all the time. I am unsure as to what new research may have come out since I drank it four years ago. I used it to prepare my cervix for labor when I was almost due.

I have heard of people taking it to help with fertility. Not sure what it does though.
