how do i get photos on my psp?

i put the pics i saved to the photo file but it won't show up on my PSP

Well first you need a usb cable.

Plug the psp witha usb cable, Then it should show up on your computer. After that, go to My Computer and your psp should be there. Click on it and either there is alreay a photo folder or make one and just drag photos into that folder.
