Oh boy, I guess she can get away with it until management tells her to knock it off. Take your issues to your supervisor or union and don't engage in self-help. I'm assuming you want to wup her, but that could land you in unemployment and in jail. Drinking on the job has negative consequences, too. Happy New Year.

If she isn't in a supervisory or managerial position, every person who lets her get away with it gives her the right. If she is higher in the hierarchy, then her position and title give her the right.
