the million dollar question. Oswald got the blame but if you look at the Zuprida (Zupricka film or JFK movie for that matter) there was CLEARLY a shot that struck the President in the head and his motion went back and to the left (after they emerged from the road sign and Kennedys hands were clearly up near his throat). (Movie clip attached below) You do NOT get this motion from being hit from behind.

I do have to question it as do most Americans but when that commission report becomes fully available in a few years (some of which has already been released buy severly edited) maybe the truth will come out. I still think there was a second shooter though. No question shots were fired from the Depository though.

The reason LHO remains the alleged killer is because he himself was killed two days later.

Many people have been named during the years as possible assassinators. The Senate committee investigating the assassination many years later said it was a conspiracy without naming any conspirator and eliminating almost all, if not all, of those named over the years. So who knows?

If it was a conspiracty, LHO was, at least, part of the conspiracy. Who else was involved? Was there someone on the grassy knoll? If you ask two people, you'll get three answers.

I believe we'll never know. Best just to take LHO as the killer and move on.
