and then burn it onto a blank disc then install it on my computer which i dont have internet connection yet because i just got it i bought it used ? it wont let me watch dvd's but i can watch vcd's and listen to cd's it is a dvd rom

I truly wish people would stop refering users to site the likes of download.com ALWAYS download an application from the original source rather than these 3rd-party sites - the best way to knopw you are not getting an altered or infected file.
To answer your question, yes you can download the codecs on another computer and burn to disc. Is what many of do when needing an application for several PC's (unless of course they're networked, and then no need to burn )

convinced there's a distinction. I very own between the final upconverting Blu Ray gamers on the industry. My LG great Blu participant does a great job upconverting popular DVD's. I even have surely tricked some friends into thinking they have been watching hi def. Then I put in a Blu Ray or an HD DVD only while they theory the image could not get to any extent further helpful. they are blown away as there's a great distinction. the better your show screen is the bigger the adaptation would be. A 1080p image on a greater 1080p show screen is the final of the final and convinced you could tell.
