If you take it apart, (turn it upside down first) you will see that there is a rubber membrane pad. Each key has a rubber pad on that membrane. On the backside of each pad is a metallic coating (brown or black spot) that touches the circuit board. Wipe off the pad and the circuit board on the keys that don't work with rubbing alcohol and then wipe them dry. If you don't have any alcohol you can use water but make sure it is dry when you put it back together. Just be careful taking it apart or the keys will fall out.

I would go to my control panel and locate the keyboard option. Try to reset default settings. If this does not work, you may possibly need a new keyboard. Was something spilled on it?

if you spilled something on it and its stuck this is what happened to me and worked---if it is just a plane keyboard with no led screen or something like that built in ---throw it in the dish washer---don't laugh it worked for me,i read about it some where on Internet(search it),I had to do it 2 times. you have to remove it as soon as its done and shake out the water then hang in front of a fan till it is completely dry----but try at own risk, and only if its because you spilled something sticky on it
